Job description
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Using company’s job boards and other tools to look for resumes
Screening resumes
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Performing reference and background checks
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
Being in charge of candidates throughout the all employment cycle
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
Completing timely reports on employment activity
Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
Required qualification:
English reading – writing – speaking is a must
High communication skills
Excellent administrative skills, attention to detail and organization.
Bachelor’s degree in HR or Management or equivalent
Excellent telephone and call handling skills.
First experience in HR, especially in Recruitment (2 years experience and more)
Team player
Able to work in shift including weekend and bank holiday
